"Not sure the hand select was worth it"
I paid extra for the hand select option, i’m not really sure what I got for the added cost. Maybe my expectations were too high, but the rifle showed up with more wear than I thought it would. It wasn’t in terrible shape or anything, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but it just didn’t feel like the upgrade made much difference. Shipping was fine, but I probably wouldn’t pay for that add-on again

I ordered through Classic Firearms and had it shipped to my local FFL. Checkout was simple, and they already had my shop in their list, which was a nice little time-saver since I didn’t have to call around or send extra info. The shipping update took a bit longer than I expected at first, but once it actually started moving, everything went fine. My FFL received it without any problems, and the paperwork all matched up correctly. I’m giving 4 stars only because the tracking details could be a little clearer. Other than that, it was a smooth transfer and I’d use them again.

"Good order, but slower updates than others"
My order arrived just fine, so no issues there, but the updates and replies were a bit slower than I’m used to. Compared to some other companies I’ve ordered from, the communication could definitely be quicker. Overall it worked out, just not the fastest experience

The whole layaway and financing process was way more confusing than it needed to be. The layaway terms had me rereading everything like I was studying for a final exam, and the financing part wasn’t exactly smooth either. I was just trying to make a purchase, not solve a mystery.

I ordered from classicfirearms.com and the item showed up looking pretty much exactly like it did in the pictures. The condition was represented and there weren’t any odd surprises when I opened it up. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and thought they did a solid job showing what I was getting.

"Decent product, slower shipping than I expected"
I ordered from classicfirearms and, compared to other places I’ve bought from, the shipping felt slow. I understand delays can happen, but I didn’t really get many updates, so it kind of felt like my order was just sitting there. The product was fine once it finally arrived, so no complaints there, but the wait was frustrating. If I needed something quickly, I’d probably look elsewhere next time.

"Decent experience, but the fee info was easy to miss"
My order with Classic Firearms was hit or miss. The actual buying process was simple enough, and the shipping updates came through like they should, so no real complaints on that part.

The downside was the restocking fee. I didn’t really notice the details until I needed to make a change, and it felt like that info was kind of tucked away. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely wish they made that fee clearer before checkout

"Wish the restrictions were clearer upfront"
I totally get that firearm laws vary by state, so I wasn’t expecting everything to be simple. But something about the ordering process felt off to me early on, like there were details I wasn’t seeing yet. Then the compliance restrictions came up later, and it was frustrating because I probably could’ve saved time if that info had been easier to find upfront for my state. Support was fine, but the whole thing felt more confusing than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, I just wish it had been more transparent from the start.

"Checkout was a stupid headache"
I tried paying twice and the damn checkout just froze after my card got approved. My bank showed pending charges, but the order never actually went through, which was super annoying. Support was fine, I guess, but I still had to wait days for the charges to clear. Whole thing was a frustrating mess.

I had to reach out to Classic Firearms about a warranty issue because my order showed up with a problem, and it took a couple days before I got a real update so I was starting to wonder what was going on, but once someone actually got back to me they were helpful and didn’t make it feel like I was getting passed around or ignored.
They let me know exactly what pictures they needed and got the process moving with the manufacturer, so while the timing wasn’t perfect and I wish it had been a bit quicker, they did handle it and got me taken care of in the end, so I’d give them 4 stars.

I’m usually a little cautious with coupon codes because I don’t want to deal with sketchy redirects or surprise charges, but this one worked right away. No weird issues, no extra steps, and the discount showed up like it was supposed to.

I’ve ordered from Classic Firearms a couple of times now, and even though I’m usually loyal to a few other sites I’ve used for years, I keep finding myself checking Classic because their prices are often better. The value is solid, especially when they have sale items. Shipping and order updates could definitely be a little quicker, but it hasn’t been a major problem for me. Overall, I’d give them 4 stars.

"Order was right and packed well"
Everything showed up packed nicely, and the order was exactly what I asked for. Kind of funny, I still remember one tiny piece of packing tape stuck to the corner of the box, but nothing was damaged and everything was in good shape.
